Holding space for how you feel, relate, and evolve

Queer-affirming embodied counselling and somatic intimacy and relationship coaching in a welcoming, shame-free space. For anyone seeking deeper connection with themselves and others.

What we offer

Embodied counselling

A body-oriented (somatic) approach to therapy that supports you to understand and shift patterns from the inside out. While talk therapy focuses on behaviours and thoughts, embodied counselling explores what is happening in your body to support greater self-awareness.

Somatic intimacy and relationship coaching

Support for individuals or couples who want to learn vital skills to increase emotional awareness, resolve conflict, deepen intimacy and pleasure. We use body-based tools to help you feel safer, closer, more present and connected.

Who is Tory?

Tory founded Somatic Connect to support clients in exploring sensitive topics and reconnect with their body's inner knowing.

Tory is a certified embodied counsellor and intimacy and relationship coach who honours the full spectrum of gender, sexuality and relationship diversity.

Respect for country and lineage

We respect the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional owners of the land in which we work, live and love on. We respect elders past, present, and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

We also pay tribute to the lives of all lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex and asexual folks + who have paved the way. We celebrate their diversity, strength, perseverance and love.
